dry weather has the rivers dropping rather quickly, altho it didn't stop me from taking a lawn chair and sitting in the river in front of the house this afternoon after i canned 12 quarts of applesauce from our own tree.  That puts my total up to 41 quarts of Lodi applesauce this year.  It sure will taste good this winter!

not much fishing going on right here, have to find deeper waters.
